Great relaxing time in this condo

We were blessed to be able to stay at Sterling Reef 902 for four weeks in January 2026! Lovely condo with wonderful beachfront view!!!! Stunning sunsets and we even saw a rainbow early one morning. From the balcony, on several days, we were able to watch dolphins hunting among schools of fish that were really close to the beach. You can easily walk to the pier next door to go fishing or enjoy the views.Prior to booking, I read some concerns regarding timeliness of elevator availability. There are two elevators and we had no problems with them during our stay (but we were there during off season when the property was not full). Located close to everything in Panama City Beach!

Everything about the rooms were beautiful and up to date. Only issues we had was the master sink would not drain and my handy husband fixed it, and there is copous amounts of dust on the ceiling from the air vents. I am highly allergic to dust and mites which did trigger myself to get sick on day 2 and continued to worsen until we left. To make the room better I highly suggest making sure the ceilings and vents are cleaned and the filter is up to date. Although we did love this condo and the placement of it I would not stay here again because of how sick i got over the trip due to the dust from the air vents.

Great location and very nice apartment/CondoEverything was nice and relaxing
