The property is very nice and Mr Mills was very polite and responsive. Loose ends that need to be fixed. 1. Elevator is not aleays reliable and scary to use. Telling you to always bring your phone in case you get trapped is not reassuring. 2. Fire alarm goes off repeatedly even with vent on and doors open. 3. Widows in kids room need locks to prevent 5 yo from opening. 4. Need cookie sheets. 5. Ice maker is slow so bring your own ice.

The house and amenities were immaculate. Hands-down, the nicest place we have ever rented on the beach. The elevator was a huge plus for my aging in-laws. The sunsets were unbelievable. The host is great to work with and we hope to be able to return one day.
