Brunoy is located in the Val d'Yerres, next to the Parc Caillebotte, near Melun, the castle of Vaux le Vicomte, the castle of Fontainebleau.

The accommodation
The house extends over three floors, offering two living rooms and an office on the first floor, while the bedrooms are spread over the two upper floors. A covered veranda on the first floor extends the kitchen and opens onto the garden.

The master bedroom opens onto a terrace and is equipped with a king size bed (2mx2m). One children's bedroom has a single bed, while two teens' bedrooms are equipped with double beds (160 cm).

Games, comic books, art books and novels are available for your entertainment, as well as a piano for aspiring musicians.

Several outdoor tables allow you to enjoy meals in the garden. The house is strictly non-smoking, however, it is possible to smoke on the veranda for those who wish.

Passenger access
You can easily park your cars in the streets that border the house.
A bus allows you to reach the station in 5 minutes.
The RER D's serves Paris in 25 minutes.

The forest can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The house overlooks a roundabout square on which you can play petanque :-)

Note that this house is our daily home. It is therefore filled with our personal belongings,.
We clear a few drawers and shelves so that you can put your belongings and make yourself comfortable (dresser emptied, fridge empty except for one floor...)
Our son is allergic, pets are not allowed.
