It includes cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, drip coffeemaker and Keurig, and an assortment of accessories. Unit has washer/dryer combo for easily washing wet towels and swimsuits. Back patio overlooks the marsh - soooo relaxing!. Basic towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body soap are provided.
Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds and breeze from the ocean.
The unit includes parking for two cars in front of the unit and keyless entry.

Place was just as described. Very clean. Just a very short walk to the beach. Pool was thebkids favorite part lol and usually have itnto yourself. Would definitely recommend.
