Absolutely amazing. As someone who loves clean places to stay and to feel homely this ticked every box and was so central with super friendly staff.
I will be staying again next time in London!
Nothing everything was amazing.

Location Location Location. Fabulous flat with every amenity you can imagine.
Some maintenance issues came up but were quickly handled.

Location was great for where my work / meeting was. Relatively close to either Westminster or St James Metro stops ( about 10 mins walk )
Email communication was excellent so code for door enable easy entrance etc .
Apartment was clean spacious and included full cooking facilities ( incl oven ) , full-size fridge and washing machine facilities. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
No plug for hairdryer in bathroom ( my wife's complaint) or anywhere near a mirror.
The light switches in the bedroom a little unreliable , sometimes would work , other times not. Did mention it to staff so may be remedied by now.

The apartments and the location is amazing.
The bedding in both rooms smelled like a damp cellar. It was very unpleasant and I had to spray perfume on our pj’s to try and ignore it. Clean, fresh bedding is the most important part. It was extremely disappointing.
