There is a $50 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the 10AM standard checkout time.

Maintenance: Landscaping and pool service 1–2 times/week; exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

Pets are welcome at our property!
-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.
-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.
$1000 charge if pets brought to the property without informing us.
Storage Policy:
Certain cabinets are locked for owner supplies; tampering results in a $1,000 fee. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.
Pool Heating: Heated pool available at $200/day (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay)
The pool is heated to 88°F, but in cooler weather (below 65°F) it typically stays around 80–82°F. It’s a heated pool—not a hot tub—so it may feel refreshing rather than warm.
Do not touch pool equipment or remove the pool vacuum ($500 minimum fee for damage).

This place is amazing for guests of all ages! We had a 15-member family gathering here for a week, and there was truly something for everyone. Our group ranged in age from 6 to 73, and every single person had a fantastic time.The house was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for everyone. Each person had their own bed, and the main living area featured a large, beautiful TV with plenty of seating for the whole family.Outside, there was a smaller gazebo with a projector, making it the perfect spot to watch movies under the stars at night. The pool was beautiful, complete with a small slide and a lovely waterfall. The patio featured a long dining table that easily accommodated our entire group, making meals together so enjoyable. It also had a commercial-grade misting system that kept everyone cool—we honestly don't know what we would have done without itThe casita, located just 20 to 30 feet from the main house, was another great feature. It had everything you could need, including a kitchen, a couch, a dining table, and two bunk beds with double-sized mattresses. It was also stocked with plenty of games for everyone to enjoy. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and perfectly designed for large family gatherings. Wonderful memories here and would absolutely recommend it.

This property has it all and we really enjoyed our 3 nights here. Plenty of space, very clean, so much entertainment options to keep everyone busy. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Kind regards, Cam
