This beautifully appointed home boasts over 3,300 square feet of living space, a fantastic outdoor living space, and a private apartment above the garage. This newly constructed contemporary mountain home is beautifully appointed and designed with comfort and entertaining in mind. The open concept great room allows for easy flow between the living area and the outdoors. You will be surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and glass doors, wood floors and beams, and a large stone gas fireplace. Perfect for cozy evenings together, or entertaining family and friends on the large patio.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a bar island large enough for a prep area and will seat 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.
There is an outdoor BBQ, a spacious fire pit with seating for 6, and a large hot tub to enjoy those relaxing mountain evenings just outside the sliding doors leading to the living room. The large covered patio has a dining table that will seat 10, with extra chairs just in case.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The Master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed, smart TV and large windows. The attached bath has a wet room area with shower and soaking tub, and dual sinks.
• The junior master on the ground floor has a queen bed, smart TV, and attached bath with a walk in shower.
• The junior master on the second floor has a queen bed, smart TV, vaulted ceilings and large windows. The attached bath has a tub/shower combination.
• The 4th bedroom is also on the second floor and has a queen bed, smart TV, and vaulted ceiling and large windows. It shares a hall bathroom with the 5th bunk bedroom, and has a combination tub/shower.
• The 5th bedroom has one twin over twin bunk bed, smart TV, and one twin over full bunk bed.
• The mother in law unit over the garage has 2 full over full bunk beds and a private bath with shower. There is also a smart TV, mini fridge, and microwave. This is a great spot for the kids!
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this hom

The house was well appointed and comfortable. We had 20 people at one point, and there was room for everyone. All of my guests enjoyed their time at Suncadia. There are lots of things to do nearby. We would stay here again.

This was our 2nd annual Fathers Day weekend in Suncadia and we had a great time! The home was again gorgeous and well stocked. Kevin responded promptly on Friday evening when we had an issue and he checked in again Saturday to make sure all was well. I highly recommend renting from ASVR! They are great to work with and their properties are so well maintained!

Uncork and Unwind was a nice home for our family retreat. Plenty of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms, a rare dining table that seats 10 comfortably, and a wonderful fire ring outside, surrounded by Adirondack chairs, which was our favorite feature of the home - we spent our evenings around the fire ring which provided heat and light with no smoke, ash or sparks. It made it possible for us to enjoy evenings outside when it would have been too chilly to do so otherwise.

The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a kitchen well-stocked with pans, plates, bowls, and utensils. Unfortunately, we didn't do enough research into the actual location, as we found Suncadia overall to be a fairly soulless 'resort' community of cookie cutter houses wound between two golf courses. There is a winery in walking distance with very reasonably priced wines (and shockingly expensive food), so that's a plus!
