Amazing single family home that has been modernized. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that could sleep 8 maximum. Nice yard. Stay in the College Area and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. Less than 15 minutes driving distance to most attractions. Visit schools, see the attractions, and go to the beach. Stay here and relax in comfort with your family and friends. The house was very clean. The location was very convenient. The bedrooms are decent big and each rooms has a sink. The only downsize is the front bathroom. It was very hard to shower cause the water splash to the wall.

Provide information regarding the washer and dryer. Would like to have known about all the parking on the street. I missed the driveway the first time we went by because of the cars parked on the street. Overall very satisfied and owner was quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

The house was very clean, there are sinks in all the bedrooms which was a nice touch, bathrooms were also very clean, outside area was nice to hang out in the evening time with the fire place, grill and fire place had propane tanks filled. Was a nice tidy house with plenty of space! Absolutely would recommend!
