The room (#1..) provided all the necessary amenities and was spacious. It had a little courtyard which was functional. The host was easily contactable and had excellent communication. A very enjoyable stay. Please note, if you do have a car, observe the parking conditions out front i.e. parking tickets are required during the course of the day.
