The staff was exceptional and so friendly and they communicate in a friendly way even the day before u arrive

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and showers were hot. They kindly stored our luggage when we went on a multi day hike and they arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport. Rooms had a mini fridge and a safe. Location is good at the price point, it's a 10 minute walk to the main square.

All the rooms face the main inner courtyard, which aesthetically is very beautiful to look at, but when new guests check in early in the morning one tends to wake up and hear it because of the layout.

It is in a great area, it provides easy access to the main square and restaurants. The guy who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful.

We were a group of 7 and booked 4 rooms in this property. One of the rooms was the studio- split level right above the reception. Be aware the window and varanda door face the street and during our stay there was a lot of road noise, excursion buses honking, music playing and people talking outside the property all hours of the night. We planned to sleep and wake up early to enjoy the scheduled day trips but we didn’t get good sleep. I wouldn’t recommend that room as we were the only ones on our party with the noise issue. Also, there was an uncomfortable situation during the check out when multiple members of our party (they stayed on the apartment- split level) were questioned multiple times about a missing hand towel even after explaining they never received 3 hand towels during the daily room service, some days they saw 1 and others 2 towels. It made the check extremely uncomfortable as we felt accused and questioned, it tinted part of our experience there. We were willing to pay them the cost of a hand towel just so they would stop questioning our party. For the price we paid, we wouldn’t return to this property, there are other options equally as nice.
