Excellent location. You are literally a blick from the ocean. Beautiful two-story townhouse… Furnishings are beautiful, tons of amenities. Having A/C is a huge plus… (most places near the beach do not provide air-conditioning) The townhouse's extras include a beautiful FULL size washer and dryer and dish dishwasher. One of the best features is the TWO car garage… It is essential to have safe parking and its big enough for two cars. (NOTE: NO trucks bigger than a Toyota Tacoma size will fit...so check first!) NOTE: ALL three bedrooms are upstairs… So anyone unable to climb stairs will not be able to get to the second floor bedrooms.The master bedroom (with full en suite) has its own television. The other two bedrooms do not have televisions, but share a beautiful bathroom with two sinks/full shower and bath. ALL three bedrooms have HUGE walk-in closets! That was a wonderful bonus! I think one of my favorite features is the fact that the townhouse is located next to the wetlands/Lagoon and there is a bike path that surrounds the entire area to ride your bike, walk, and jog, and if you are enthusiastic enough to keep going on the bike path, it will take you 10 miles all the way into town, to the Coronado Island Village where there are numerous shops, restaurants, parks and the Coronado Golf Course. It's just beautiful! Hosts Ed and De were very kind and very responsive. Enjoy your stay in Imperial Beach!

Property is amazing and beautiful. Not far from beach. We didn't use much but they have everything imaginable froom forks, spoons to beach toys, wagon, and bikes. Everything is in pristine condition. The ONLY bad thing was our truck parking it in the garage it "barely" fit. Big Dodge Ram. There were no open free spots after many tries we finally got it on the right slant to work. Plus we had a Honda SUV. Other than that so Awesome. Ty so much to the owners. We made great family memories. We would stay again but bring our smaller car.

Great location, very quiet friendly neighborhood, lovely, clean and very comfortable home and beds, 450 ft from really lovely Bayside Birding and Walking trail, easy quick highway access to get to where ever you want to go, good grocery stores/health food stores brief easy drive, fun yummy local beachside restaurants at Imperial Beach and Chula Vista all quick easy drive and lastly importantly very responsive easy communications with owner Edmund when we had a minor brief wifi hiccup. Great VRBO, great stay! We will stay again when visiting family in area! Thank you Edmund!
