Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The views are wonderful! We enjoyed a great weekend away to explore Keuka Lake. We appreciate the thoughtful bottle of wine and discount cards for a couple wineries. This is definitely a place we would like to come back to when the weather is warmer!

Fantastic house in a perfect location! Less than a 5 minute drive to the Keuka State Park which has a phenomenal swimming area for the whole family. Penn Yan is lovely to walk around, shop & eat. Sitting on the balcony at this house quickly became our favorite evening past time - just watching the boats putter up and down the Lake. Can’t wait to come back!!

The house was a perfect size for our group of 6 adults, cozy yet plenty of room. We loved the deck and the views and it was adequately stocked for our stay. We already started discussing a return trip and would absolutely stay here again.
