Not the newest property on the block but awfully close to the beach. Was nice to just have to cross the street to the beach. There was only one bath that has a shower. We had 5 people and it was tricky getting that coordinated. Imagine if there were the 8 that it sleeps! Would have loved to have access to a broom just to sweep up the sand that you bring in. The management was very helpful and responded quickly for a small issue.

All was good- but some issues with cleanliness of shower, coffee maker and microwave- and exhaust filters in bathrooms- but decor, location to beach and activities - perfect. Would have loved two shower/tub set ups...main floor bathroom was a jacuzzi tub and jets were moldy.

House is beautiful and so convenient to beach
Only thing that needs to be updated on site is there is no free standing shower except for one outside so it’s not easy for older people
House is decorated beautifully but too many breakables
We had to remove everything and put in bedroom that wasn’t used
But we still enjoyed the week

We enjoyed the house. The porch is nice in the mornings to watch the sun come up. The cookware needs to be updated. Our food kept sticking to the pans even with grease and butter. This caused us to eat out more than we planned. We let Bullard Realty know about the pans, and they said they appreciated me telling them. Other than that it was a nice stay.
If you go eat, shop, or go to the boardwalk on Carolina Beach, be prepared to pay for parking just about everywhere you go. $25 a day to go to the board walk or $6 an hour.
