This property is exactly what the listing says and you can hear the waves from the porch. The unit itself is adorably decorated with plenty of family space for our 4 person family. The kitchen has everything you need to make and enjoy a meal. The appliances seem brand new or barely used. We LOVED having our morning coffee on the screened in porch! The bunkbed room had plenty of space, 2 dressers, and a closet. The 2nd main bedroom was tight though; 1 closet and 1 set of drawers in the same closet. It wasn't a problem for my husband & I because it's summer, but its something to note though if you love clothing options and over-packing. All the beds were very comfortable and the property is very quiet yet close to all of the Dewey fun! There is only 1 bathroom in the unit, but it again wasn't a problem for our family, however is something to consider. All 4 of us took showers right after each other, and we never ran out of hot water or lost pressure. Check-in and out were very easy and the property owners were great with communication and any questions we had. I would consider staying here again and highly recommend it if you are looking for an amazing beach get away!!

Great place in a perfect location!

My husband, 8 year old and I stayed Wednesday through Sunday over 4th of July weekend and had a great time! The condo was fully equipped and convenient to the beach, restaurants and trolley to Rehobeth. Working with the rental company was seamless. Would reccommend!
