Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 67 m² flat for rent in Pornichet, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 10m² west-facing balcony, with furniture to make the most of sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Pornichet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Hike the customs path (GR34) for spectacular coastal views.
- Relax in a marine spa at Château des Tourelles for a unique thalassotherapy experience.
- Take a bike ride between Pornichet and La Baule along the coast and pine trees.
