The location is perfect, situated between the ocean and bay, very close to shops, restaurants and activities on Pine Ave. Kitchen was well equipped, literally everything you could need gadget, appliance, cooking and serving wise. You will need some condiments if you plan on cooking but check the cabinets, there was salt and pepper, tea bags, Pam spray. We were pleasantly surprised to find 6 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, floats, cooler, goggles and a beach cart in the garage. The rooms were gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out. Only suggestion would be to add a small dresser and nightstand to the one upstairs bedroom. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing, perfect spot to unwind after the beach.

Was our first trip to AMI, the house was lovely, and had everything we needed. Beautiful furnishings, close to the beach, walkable to restaurants and shops. Location was perfect. Would stay here again.
