It's not as new and nice as I expected. The host provided barely enough water (6 bottles of water), towels and toilet papers for 4 of us in 5 days rental. We encountered flushing problem in one of the toilets on the very next day of rental. The host instructed us over various text messages to resolve it. Finally, the host provided a case of water on the day before we left, but we already bought enough for our own. Overall, it's a good place to stay.
