RECENTLY UPDATED! Pristine newly renovated spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath house in the award winning Ocean Lakes! Just a 3 minute walk to the beach! Sleeps up to 9 guests. Parking for 6 cars! A fully covered golf cart included! Open and airy floor plan, fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and soft close cabinets, 2 refrigerators and ice maker. Lots of cabinet space, large island sink with garbage disposal, hideaway trash can, under counter lighting and a lighted dishwasher with a 3rd big utensil rack. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or baking including a microwave and Air Fryer. A complimentary Keurig combo coffee maker 12cups/single K-pod with an assortment of Keurig flavors available for those early morning coffee moments on the tranquil very large covered front deck that wraps around to the side door.
Free WiFi and Spectrum TV throughout the house. Each bedroom has a 40 or 50 inch smart TV with all your favorite viewing apps. Ceiling fans in every bedroom as well as the kitchen and living room.
The front porch offers tranquil string lights that turn on with just a switch, remote control lighted ceiling fan and recessed lighting. A great place to enjoy our 60 inch smart TV.
The living room is open to the dining and kitchen area and spacious with plenty of seating, including a rocker recliner. It has a 50 inch TV for your viewing pleasure.
The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 as well as 2 bar stools that can be used at the table or the open bar kitchen area.
The extra large master bedroom comes with a king size bed, a rocker recliner in the sitting area and a DVD player. The private full master bath has double sinks, large shower, a separate vanity light over the sinks and a complimentary blow dryer.
The next bedroom has 2 twin beds with a trundle bed to make 3 very comfortable beds. This bedroom also comes with it's own private full bathroom with tub/shower. Vanity with large medicine cabinet is separate from the toilet/ shower room to maximize time getting ready to go out with family or friends.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both spacious with queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has a door to the front deck. The 3rd full bathroom has a newly renovated tiled waterfall shower and new vanity with drawers. This bathroom is directly beside both bedrooms.
There is a full size washer and dryer. The laundry room has complimentary cleaning supplies and the closet in the twin bed room is equipped with an iron, full size ironing board, clothes drying rack, brooms, and a vacuum for those unexpected accidents.
The 4 seater golf cart is complimentary. Per insurance regulations, the Hold Harmless Golf Cart agreement must be filled out, signed and returned with copies of all driver licenses of golf cart drivers to use this amenity while staying with us. The cart is located under the lean-to behind the shed. There is a pull chain light for your convenience.
There is an outside shower next to the deck with hot/cold water. The yard is spacious with an area located in the back equipped with a propane gas grill and sitting area. The propane is provided for you, our treat!
Our house is located just 2 blocks from the water park and just 10 houses to the beach! As are the playground, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board courts, and cornhole and horse shoe pits! We are located on a double spacious lot and spacious street. The palm trees in the front yard help make it your own Peaceful Paradise!
Departure cleaning fee and linen service is mandatory. The linens include all bed linens, 11 bath towels, 11 washcloths, hand towels & bath mats for each bathroom, kitchen towel & sponge.
You have to be 25 to rent and present the entire time.
You must be 21 to drive the golf cart and we must have a copy of all driver licenses.
Outside security cameras.
No pets.
No smoking or vaping inside. Please do not dispose any smoking apparatus in the yard, bushes, flowers or driveway. Ashtrays available on the front porch.
No large parties permitted. This is a family home.

From the moment we booked our vacation to the moment we drove away from it we were well taken of by Diane. I’ve booked a lot of rentals through VRBO and always look for linens included or golf carts. They had both but the best surprise was the linens were put on the beds and towels dispersed to the bathrooms. If we needed a nap upon arrival would could slip into bed if needed. The guest arrival bag was a very nice touch with some necessities to get us started for the week. I also noted how clean the house was. Usually, you walk barefoot through the house and within minutes your feet are dirty. Not here; my feet were not dirty or gritty at all. Such a nice thing to notice. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the porch and living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything and more than we ever needed. What a surprise to find TWO refrigerators in the house. Game changer at the beach. This house and owners are a gem.

This home is perfect. We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family. We had a large group and never felt like we were on top of each other. It was clean, and has everything you can think of. The owner was quick to repond and friendly. SO thankful for that. Everything is labeled and easy to locate. We will rent again!!

From the moment I reached out about the property, the property manager/owner stayed in touch when I had questions. The house is clean and fixed up nicely. The house is very roomy. We enjoyed our stay so much and we plan to come back!

would've given this a better review if we hadn't of been under surveillance the entire weekend. I knew we were being watched bc the cameras constantly lit up but it was confirmed when we went out back to use the grill and got a text within 5 minutes "reminding" us of what needs to be done(its in the contract) when we are finished with the grill.. also upon entering the house it smelled VERY musty, we had to turn all fans on and air it out. Both fridges had a horrible fish smell that she claimed her cleaner couldnt get rid of.."they had tried everything" I bought baking soda to place in them and it was gone within a day. Floors had been swept but were very dirty,could visibly see were liquids had been dropped/spilled throughout the house. Bathroom mat was also soaking wet. Showers dirty/moldy curtains..We didnt notice thingsuntil late at night since we checked in late and went out to eat after dropping bags off so I text first things next morning to let her know, response was her cleaner said it was clean.. of course they did.. didnt think they would admit they didnt mop the floors..It was well stocked with dishes and everything has been upgraded. I received yet another text waking me up the morning of check out again reminding me what I needed to do and to be gone by 11. I had to print the contract, sign it, several notes around the house telling us what to do and the contract is also on the living room table so theres no need to harrass and constantly send reminders..
