Absolutely fantastic the whole experience of arriving was breathtaking and then when we got inside after a very long day travelling we felt immediately at home. My son who is disabled and a wheelchair user just slotted in as though he had been there for ages. Austin the management agent was wonderful and kept in touch throughout. A beautiful home in a beautiful part of Sarasota. You will need a car to get around but 25 mins from Siesta Key, 40 mins to downtown and 40 to UTC where all the shops and restaurants are. It was only a few days before we were referring to the house as our home. Really hard to say just how good it was.

Just returned home from wintering at the beautiful Gulf Coast Holiday Homes property in Sarasota. Palmer Ranch is special. Austin and Gulf Coast Holiday Homes provided us with complete instructions for access and the home’s particulars. After arrival, he and his staff checked in on us the first couple of days to assure all was as expected. We followed up a couple of time afterwards with minor questions which were cheerfully and graciously answered. We enthusiastically recommend Austin and his associates and we look forward to the escape next year. Sent from my iPad
