The home is lovely and perfect for our needs. Communication was immediate and spot on. Probably our favorite VRBO home to date!!

This was a nice place but a bit run down or in need of upgrades. I would stay again without a doubt. I would like to see bigger tv's in bedroom and office no tv there. Locks on outside doors in bedrooms did not work but no access to them from below. Floors were clean but hardwood floors need refinished. Back porch was great for me to lounge in while family was on the beach and great view. We all hated the trash container door but lived with it. I know this sounds like I did not enjoy this place but we did and would go back. I would just like to see some upgrades or fixes done. We had one tv broken and a mirror gone from a bedroom BeachBall properties fixed these issue fairly quickly.

The place was awesome. It was clean everything we wanted. Only critiques I would have, no washcloths for kitchen and no blankets for spare beds.

Sandy Ranch's best feature was the water view and the access to the beach. It was fun watching the dolphins and the pelicans from the deck. The bedrooms were awesome with each having their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. I would return here in a heartbeat if things were kept up a little better. We had two lightbulbs from the carport ceiling burst and crash onto our rental truck. We had to call about garbage removal because all three outside bins were full when we got there. The deck was a little shaky and the furniture broken. The closet with beach chairs and such was a mess with many broken chairs. The back door was unlocked when we checked in. It's the little (and big) things that matter when booking a rental. The property is special but the upkeep not so much.
