🌊 Life on Lake Barkley

Spend the day fishing, boating, exploring the shoreline, or simply enjoying the peaceful lake views from the property. The wooded setting offers a sense of privacy while keeping guests close to Prizer Point Marina and the surrounding Cadiz area.

Whether the plan is an early morning on the water or an unhurried day with family and friends, Cool Goose Landing makes it easy to slow down and enjoy lake life.

Important Dock Update

* Due to lower-than-normal water levels associated with seasonal drought conditions, the private dock is currently unavailable.
* Guests can still enjoy the lake views and shoreline access while water levels recover. Prizer Point Marina is nearby and provides a convenient alternative for boat access.
* Because lake conditions can change, guests planning to bring or rent a boat should confirm current access arrangements before arrival.

Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for preparing everything from quick breakfasts before a fishing trip to full family dinners.

* Full-size appliances
* Coffee maker
* Cookware and serving essentials
* Spacious dining area for group meals

The open connection between the kitchen, dining area, and living space makes it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together without separating the group.

Celebrations and Gatherings

Cool Goose Landing provides a memorable setting for family reunions, birthday celebrations, small weddings, and other special gatherings.

All event plans should be disclosed before booking so applicable arrangements, occupancy requirements, and property guidelines can be confirmed in advance.
