Brera Guest House

The location is in a fantastic area with good bars and restaurants around. It also has great links to other parts of the city. The room itself was very clean and modern, and exceeded our expectations. It was a very nice touch to have the complimentary drinks refilled in the fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available to help over whatsapp

Great location--near many attractions and restaurants. Lively area, but quiet street. The room was very clean and smartly designed. Bed was comfortable and host gave very clear instructions for access to the building and room. Tip to other travelers: be sure to book restaurants well in advance! Proved to be hard to get into our top choices in and out of the Brera district.

Great location near the Le Brera neighborhood and restaurants not far from the Duomo. Room is spacious, bathroom is fine. Communication very good with Brera guest house, after initial issues opening gates and doors through links on your phone, once we figured it out it all worked well. We arrived in Milan before check-in and were grateful to have a locker to store our luggage.

Everything is remote. There’s a receptionist on site not connected to the Brera appts which was made clear on arrival. The appts are on the ground floor past the reception desk. We arrived in Milan from USA around 11am and even though we saw our room was cleaned by 12:30 we couldn’t get early check in. Those are the rules in most appt type rentals and thankfully there was a place to store luggage, but we did have to kill a few hours in the neighborhood and got caught in a downpour.
