Great location. Beautiful building.Comfortable.

Loved the facilities, being able to enjoy the gym, spa, sauna and ice bath. Loved the old character of the building. It was in close proximity to everything. Great place to be located to explore the beauty of Christchurch.
There was alot of dust and dirt on tables, window sills and TV area. Blonde hair on the dining table which shows these weren't cleaned or wiped down. Staircase walls were stained and dirty. Kitchen floor was not swepted or mopped. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Bathroom had hair on the shower head from previous users.
The cutting knife was blunt. Even after trying to sharpen it, it still was blunt. The internet was so bad and slow here, even after I had reset etc so didn't bother to use the TV in the lounge. No point in having a TV in the room if it doesn't work. Even after trying to connect with my mobile data, it's still wouldn't work.
