Location fit our criteria. Lodging OK but maintenance is not tip-top..
Access code to lodging was withheld until I had provided payment confirmation i.e. a screenshot of bank statement showing payment. I had been charged on April 3, the payment appeared on my bank account on April 8 the day we were supposed to access our lodging. And even the screenshot I provided of my bank statement was not sufficient as it was questioned by the staff person who received it. The payment verification process that this company imposes on its customers is needlessly bureaucratic and frustrating. A very unhappy experience!
