El dueño, Rustam, y su familia, son sumamente amables. Buen desayuno, todo muy limpio. Wi-Fi correcto. Mesa para trabajar en la habitación. Buena ubicación. Relación calidad-precio excelente.

First of all, this hotel is exceptionally clean. The room, bedding, bathroom, stairs and common areas were all spotless, and the whole property was very well maintained. This was probably what impressed me most about our stay. The owner was also incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. We arrived very late at night and were still able to check in smoothly. He also helped us with the required accommodation registration for foreign travelers and provided our registration slip, which made traveling in Uzbekistan much easier and gave us great peace of mind. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and you could tell that it was prepared with care rather than just being a basic hotel breakfast. The location is also convenient, and there is a rooftop terrace with a nice view over Samarkand. A comfortable room, exceptional cleanliness, a friendly and helpful host, and a great breakfast — we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. I even wrote a whole Xiaohongshu (RedNote) post just to recommend this hotel — which probably says enough about how much I liked it.

没有什么不满意的。只是提醒一下带大件行李的住客，酒店没有电梯，不过最高也只有三楼，所以其实还好。如果行李比较重，可以提前留意一下。 Nothing we disliked. Just a small note for travelers with large or heavy luggage: there is no elevator, but the hotel only has three floors, so it wasn't a big issue for us. Something to keep in mind if you're carrying heavy luggage.

Goede locatie, schoon & supervriendelijk personeel

We stayed here for two nights while sightseeing in Samarkand. A hotel we had booked several months in advance unexpectedly cancelled our reservation, so we had to find another hotel in a hurry about a month before our trip. As it turned out, choosing this hotel was one of the best things that could have happened to us. The location was very convenient, close to Siab Bazaar, and all the major sights were easily accessible by Yandex. The breakfast buffet was compact but offered a lovely selection of delicious food, including fresh seasonal fruits. Most importantly, Rustam and all the other staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed something, they were always happy to assist us. They were also very quick to respond to our messages before our stay, which made us feel that this was a hotel we could truly trust. Above all, the wonderful hospitality we experienced here made us love Samarkand and the people of Uzbekistan even more. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay. We sincerely hope that many travelers from all over the world will make this hotel their home while visiting Samarkand and leave with beautiful memories of this wonderful city.
