We liked the convenience of how close everything is to us and its a lovely van.
The shower floor felt like it needs fixing as its quite wobbly and the noise of the toilet everytime its flushed.

Nice location not to far to walk to pub , shops , arcades, nice size caravan for us
Just needs a bit of tlc and general maintenance, glass loose on one of the cupboards, kitchen drawer needed fixing , gate on decking unsteady , flush not great on toilet , on arrival it didn’t really smell clean when we walked in more of a fusty smell .cobwebs in corners
