Property matched the pictures and was very beautiful and clean. All the necessary supplies were there and some extra. Instructions to get in were very easy! Location was excellent. Beds were very comfortable.

Very tiny details - no towel or towel hook in toilet and I wish there had been a hook for coats in the hallway. As I said - very minor problems that did not affect our stay much. Water in kitchen tap can get boiling hot so be careful with that. The city itself was very noisy, as was the street next to the apartment. It's lovely that it has a small balcony but you really need to get used to the noise level there - Cars and trucks and very loud bikes. The windows were excellent at blocking noise! I'm used to sleeping with open window but in this apartment it was impossible. I turned on the fan for the night and had a very good night's sleep :)

The instructions sent via email were completely confusing and incorrect. After calling the agency, I was able to resolve this issue, but arrival was truly uncomfortable. I believe the instructions MUST be fixed.
