Fantastic rooftop pool, sauna and gym; comfortable room and bed, decently clean too.
Really useful to have a washing machine and free covered parking space.
Beyond the host's control, but there was an animal infestation on the bedroom ceiling; in the quiet (night time and early mornings) you could hear the animals skittering around. I was assured this is being taken care of.
Some of the common facilities showed mild signs of lack of maintenance.

The location was good, the owner was quick to answer messages, the unit was in good shape and very comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay.
Over all I liked and enjoyed my stay, but you should be aware that the customary 2 bottles of water per day found throughout Thailand is not included and any cleaning of the unit during your stay is an additional 500 baht per cleaning.
