Beautiful hotel, the rooms were well equipped and beautifully decorated. The restaurant was a fabulous experience. Food and staff were out of this world. A real gem in the Cotswolds.

The room was a little small bearing in mind my husband is 6’2” bit on an older property cannot be helped

It was totally updated and very posh. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had.

I didn’t like being put in the handicap room without having a say about that. We booked way in advance.

The staff, facilities and location were all great. The cjoice at breakfast could be more extensive.

The attic room is too cramped and being careful not to bang my head or back as I moved about was a constant anxiety. It is suitable for teenagers.

Good location. Pleasant staff. Plenty of choice @ breakfast& good fruit salad. Loved the fresh Christmas decs & lilies on the table .

Piece missing off shower door bottom. Duvet ridiculously thick- need a choice of layering especially as very difficult to open window. Heating difficult to control. Needed to have a little more variety in choice of evening meal. Too expensive & too niche. I thought tasting menus went out last year! We enjoyed a drink in snug by log burner in afternoon, but when we came back @ 8.15pm it was out, which was a shame as we would have had another drink by it! Also, cups in room were handleless & tiny- too hot to handle! I imagine that nice pale carpet will soon be stained with spilt hot drinks especially as ledge by bed was so small. I would expect a fridge in room or on communal area for guests to use at this price.
