Nothing

House was beautiful, immaculately clean, beds were super comfy, and host was very flexible with timings.

Fantastic location, spacious, comfortable bedrooms and seating areas, attractive furnishings, lovely pool, safe areas for children to play, well equipped kitchen

When we arrived only certain bedrooms had been made ready for us and the others had not been cleaned or the beds made up. We only needed 3 of the 5 bedrooms but would have expected them all to be clean and made up so we could choose as we had paid the full price for the villa. The master bedroom was one of the ones not made up or cleaned. There were also no bath mats in the bathrooms and we had to contact Sarah to find out how to get these. When we got in touch with Sarah she immediately sent someone round to make up the master bedroom but the en suite was not cleaned to an acceptable standard which is disappointing in such a premium villa.
