Great location, pool, views, friendly helpful staff, large room and in-room dining service

Clean and neat rooms with clean linens as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Went out of their way to open the breakfast buffet for us 20 minutes before time so we could eat and leave to our next destination.

The pictures are a little misrepresented around the pool area. One side is a street with vehicles passing by and the other said there is construction bricks lying around. When we checked in as well some of the staff were seen lying around the checkin reception area and it felt really weird to see them there just while entering the property. Maybe a more enclosed area for them to relax and for some downtime should be dedicated instead of it being right at the reception area.

The room was perfect for us - spacious, amazing views from the window, good AC. Breakfast was good and the laundry we had done was returned quickly. It rained a lot during out trip (so we didn't use the pool at all) but we still enjoy exploring Tam Coc. As two women (same-sex couple), there were no comments or awkwardness about us sharing a bed.

I'd really recommend this hotel so these are only minor comments. It would have been helpful to label the switches as you enter the room. We had difficulty identifying which, if any, turned on the hot water which led to some cold showers initially. It's only a very very short crossing from the building we stayed in to the main reception area / breakfast block but it might be worth considering a temporary walkway during the rainy season. Even with an umbrella and a quick 2 second dash, we still arrived at breakfast a little soggy.

Newer. Exterior nice.

The interiors could hardly be any cheaper. Drains not work. Easy to flood. None of the normal toiletries.
