The location is super nice, close to the promenade and shops. Everything you want you can reach by foot.

Location was very good, handy for all local amenities. Nicely appointed apartment & accessed via door codes, which we had been provided with beforehand

At times the apartment was noisy, in the early hours, whether internal or external we couldn't ascertain. The internal walls were quite thin so maybe additional sound proofing may help

I have an ambivalent opinion. Pros: location, close to the main street, ferries and Lidl; kitchen equipment, wardrobe, iron and washing machine, universal power outlets. Cons: the bed slats were broken; the “cosmetics” mentioned in the description consisted of just two containers of liquid soap; our apartment was located on floor -1, which was not mentioned in the description. All of the above are insignificant, but we had one really unpleasant situation. On the day we arrived in Malta, we received instructions via WhatsApp from Daniela regarding self-check-in, the door code, litter, the fee, etc. It was clear to us that we had to pay an environmental fee and that it was not included in the general price. She wrote that it was €1.50 per person per day, which came to €24 for us, and that we could pay via Revolut or in cash. Just after her messages, I received another message from someone called “Beepee”, asking us to pay a €25 eco fee. He didn’t provide any other instructions or even introduce himself. Shortly after we arrived, a young man knocked on our door, explained where the washing machine was, etc., and collected the €25 eco fee in cash. We don’t know who he was. At least three or four times during our stay, I received messages from Beepee reminding me to pay the fee. When I said that we had already paid, he didn’t respond for a day, although he had read my message. The next day, he asked me to provide proof that we had paid. He even called me. I felt like a thief, even though I had already paid. Maybe this is a lesson for me to always ask for written confirmation of payment.

The appartment was big and clean, there was 1 AC unit for each room, recentey renovated, location was also nice: chill neigbourhood and cozy coffee shop nearby.

I was disapointed when i found out that the room was at -1 level. This should have been mentioned before booking, because from the photoes you get the ideea that there are balcony doors but to my surprise the doors lead to some wierd underground balcony full of green mold…and by that just imagine the smell inside the appartment and the humidity. Probably the upper floor rooms are better, so i sugest to be transparent about the floor so the future guest won’t be unpleasantly surprised as we were.
