A lovely apartment within walking distance of the train station and the port connection. The host was responsive and very kind. There was a market Tuesday morning I was able to take my kids to for a more traditional Italian experience.

Beautiful accommodations supplied with anything a guest could ever ask for! Comfortable beds and seating, plenty of room to move freely as well as to store your travel belongings, a kitchen fully stocked with appliances and dishes plus even a few welcoming snacks and beverages. The cold bottle of water and air conditioning was a godsend upon arrival during a heatwave! It was clear from every communication with Marianela to the thoughtful details in the apartment just how much our host cares for both the property and the guests. And the location was perfect - quiet enough for a great night’s sleep but within easy walking distance of great food and shops for anything you might need during your stay. A wonderful home away from home and highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Civitavecchia or stay for a rest before traveling on through the nearby cruise and ferry port.

There was absolutely nothing to not like!

Marianela was lovely. Allowed us to enter early to drop our luggage. She also walked us to a local restaurant where we had a great Italian lunch then went back to finish getting our room ready. Great location (10 minute walk to free cruise shuttles) and the market is full of Italian locals having their coffee and buying produce, bread, cheese. Both bedrooms had great A/C which was essential in these hot days / nights.

Shower can go hot / cold but again not a problem given the summer heat.
