The localisation of the villa is perfect! A few minutes from the beach, near 7Eleven and about 15 minutes away from fisherman village.
Also, the communication with the owner’s son was very smooth.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, the villa was not clean. There is a lot of potential but the place is not very well maintained. Also, electricity can cost you an average of 4000 Baths per week which is an additional cost.
