Great host, great communication, great location. Cosy small place.

Everything is new in this apartment. It is very well conceived and practical. Very comfortable. The location is outstanding. The AC works very well, which was wonderful given the heat wave. The building is very calm, and the only thing we heard was people playing tennis.
The stairs from the main floor to the bedroom/bathroom floor are a little steep. There is no railing on the stairs. When you are over 55, it can be a bit challenging. But this is not a big issue.
