House was great! Smaller than expected but still a good functional size and space. Views were beautiful and amenities were awesome!

Overall it was a good experience. Lots of cob webs of the property building/deck outside and some spiders instead. Just for your knowledge when we arrived the toilet in the rest room by the kitchen, water was "running". It quit after being flushed. We had to change out a couple of light bulbs. Thanks for having some available.I personally would feel more comfortable if I had the check in codes, unit info, etc. more than the day of or the day before arrival. But overall it was a good experience. Thank you

The beds were comfortable and the amenities were very basic. We stayed in off season (spring break). The outdoor pool (expected), the hot tub and indoor tennis courts were down. The amenities of the room were ok. Bring your own charcoal and maybe even a grill. 1 tv in a unit that sleeps 8!? Definitely needs updated and some cleaning of the resort. Lots of outdoor spiders on doors and balconies. The location is nice and it was quiet but several things within the resort need repaired and cleaned. The host company did send someone right away to clean a few things inside the unit. She was nice and responsive to the things inside. The outdoor tennis and pickleball courts were nice and well taken care of but everything else was a bit dirty.
