Located in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, this pleasant and bright house halfway between Avranches and Granville, offers a stay in a peaceful setting near the beach (5km). You will find all the shops just 1km away.
Ideally located, it is the perfect place to combine tranquility, beach and cultural discoveries: Mont St Michel and its crossings, Granville and the Chausey Islands archipelago, "nature" walks (valleys, forest) and horseback riding, fishing on foot...

The house is new, on one level and bright. It includes a fitted and equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace. The south-facing living room offers a pleasant view of the garden. It has three spacious bedrooms with dressing rooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and sink, storage, iron....
On the garden side (south), there is a terrace with dining area, deckchairs, barbecue, a large lawn and north facing you benefit from a gravel courtyard offering private parking for several vehicles.
Beds will be made on arrival and you will have towels (one per person).

Other remarks
With children, you can visit educational farms (the Chèvre Rit in Granville and the Cara-Meuh farm in Vains (10 km each), the Champrépus zoo (15km), the Ange Michel amusement park (35 min by car).
Water activities (sailing, optimist, paddle...) are also possible on the beach of Jullouville in the summer season and at the CRNG in Granville.

If you want to shine more widely, the D-Day landing beaches are located 1h30 away by car and the pretty Breton towns of St Malo and Cancale are 1 hour away by car.
