Overall, we had a nice stay. However, for 2 nights in a row, I needed to go to the reception at 11pm because the music on the terrace was too loud (our room was on the 11th floor). They did lowered it down, but it took a good 5-10 min before someone does it.
We took the breakfast twice, because it was convenient, but its too expensive for what it is. The room was clean, but once they forgot to refill the toilet paper and only put decaf coffee pods...
Overall a nice stay, but they can improve a few things.

The floor to ceiling windows gave a great view of Amsterdam. Very tastefully decorated and very functional. Great shower!

The location was just right-a nice quiet neighborhood with several restaurants and easy access to a streetcar to downtown
