Hot water, good AC, plenty of room, overall fine! Shower area was a little dingy, but this is kinda the norm for this price hotel in London. No mold or anything, just old and worn. Bathroom was overall fine though. Great place to sleep and stay out in the world during the day!

No lift/elevator. Staff did not even offer to help us with our luggage during check in.
But during check out, nice gentleman did.
TV remote doesn't work
Our light in the room needs to be fixed, we reported it but no one came to fix it.
AC is excellent especially with the hot weather
Shower room/bathroom is clean and new towels each day

I stayed for only one night. For the money, the hotel was a good choice. Important was that it was clean. There was some noise where my room was, a sound like a washing machine does, but I did not really understand where exactly it was coming from. The staff at the reception was very polite and friendly, to the extend I interacted with them I am very happy.

Pleasant no-fuss stay. Location is excellent, well served by bus routes into the heart of Camden. Staff were friendly. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Shower was modern and hot. All that you need - a pleasant surprise for the price in Central London.
