Spacious, clean space in quiet neighborhood. Host very responsive and helpful. Convenient to many area baseball fields.

The townhouse was as pictured, very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I traveled with four family members and the rooms provided space when needed to relax. I read reviews of tissue paper needed but there were ample supply, you do have to search for some household items because they are not all located in a generalize area. One con was my aunts had to buy thin sheets for the bed, they only provided a fitted sheet and duvet in each room. I travel with my own sheets so it was not a problem for me. Towels were supplied at the home and washing detergent was there. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs during the stay . I really appreciate the generosity when an unexpected event happened and we had to extend our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. Cost is reasonable The only real con is that the additional cleaning fee was bit more pricey than most Vrbo establishment.

The owner Victor was very accommodating and the communication my family and I received was greatly appreciated.

It’s a nice townhome and overall we had a nice stay. However there was no toilet paper in any of the restrooms when we arrived (like none) and the single bed mattress in the room nearest to the bathroom was terrible. My parents kept sliding off. There was no remote in the master bedroom. Also wish there tvs in the other 2 rooms. The host did bring toilet paper upon request. He also shared where the other remote could be. It was never found. He did mention that the downstairs remote works for upstairs as well. Time for a new sofa and maybe add a chair.
