The home was just as described...it was beautiful and clean. The area was nice and felt safe. Was able to park my boat with no problem. Beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed for meet our needs. The bonus was the pool and hot tub we enjoyed this place very much we were here with friends but definitely family friendly aswell.

Property was clean and well stocked. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and worked well. It’s 5 minutes away from Riviera Launch Ramp, which was nice. Overall a nice place! We would stay here again.

My stay was excellent! The house was very accommodating and the property was clean and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I especially loved the outdoor area. The cabana and entertaining space made it perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The host was very responsive and accommodating, and I really appreciated the detailed guide they provided with instructions and helpful information about the property. Overall, it was a great experience—I highly recommend this property and definitely plan to rebook the next time I visit Lake Havasu

The owners communicated very well and were very friendly and helpful.
