The vacation rental is approximately 58 square meters in size and has a separate entrance.
Amenities:
Entryway with coat rack and storage, spacious hallway.
Spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa (suitable for children up to 12 years old), a large wardrobe, and a workspace.
The bedroom is divided into two levels connected by two steps.
On the lower level, you’ll find the double bed and the large closet.
On the upper level, you’ll find the workspace and the sleeper sofa.
Bathroom with natural light and a rain shower.
Separate toilet.
Open kitchen with dining area, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and egg cooker.
The kitchen, dining area, and living room are also divided into two levels, connected by two steps.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils.
Coffee and tea are provided free of charge.
Additional beverages can be purchased upon request.
The bright living room features a cozy couch.
Here you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a radio with an amplifier, and a DVD/CD player so you can play your own movies or music.

The sideboard contains a collection of games.

Among other things, there are various books available for all ages.
Bed linens, bath and hand towels, and various toiletries are provided free of charge.
The costs for water and electricity, heating, and final cleaning are included in the price.
If needed, we offer a laundry service for a fee.
A parking space for your vehicle is available directly in front of the vacation rental.
Of course, we sort our trash.
Various recycling bins are available for your use.
Please leave the apartment swept clean and keep it pet- and smoke-free for the next guests.
Kordel offers various hiking trails, including the Eifelsteig, which runs from Aachen to Trier.The apartment is located about 200 meters from these trails. In the Kordel area, you can hike and explore attractions such as Ramstein Castle, the Genoveva Cave, a picturesque valley with waterfalls, and—not to be forgotten—Kordel’s landmark, the Kaulay, as well as much more.
A beautifully situated outdoor swimming pool with a large sunbathing area rounds out the amenities.
The train station is about 900 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
The town offers shopping options, a liquor store, a hair salon, doctors, a pharmacy, and a dentist.
There are also various restaurants in Kordel.

Luxembourg and Trier, Germany’s oldest city, are within easy reach.

On-site costs: Rental price: 75,-€ per night; surcharge for children up to 12 years old: 5,-€; a selection of beverages is available for a fee upon request. Orders for Sunday bread rolls can be placed by 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Utilities are included in the rental price. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Parties and similar celebrations are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Check-in: from 15:00 - 18:00 (please inform the property in advance of your arrival time). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Parking available



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00.
