To ensure the safety of our guests and property, all bookings are screened through TRUVI aka Know Your Guest (Superhog), a trusted guest-verification service. After booking, you’ll receive instructions to verify your identity with a valid government-issued ID.
You will be asked to choose one of the following:
$250 refundable deposit, or
$25 damage waiver fee
Transaction fees may apply. This process helps prevent fraud and unauthorized activity, and ensures a safe stay for everyone.
PET FEE
Non-refundable pet fee: $150 per pet, per stay
NO SMOKING
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. A violation fee of $750 will apply.
SERVICE & UTILITY NOTICE
While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please note that power, water, internet, and other utilities may occasionally be interrupted due to factors beyond our control, including natural events. As these situations are outside our control, we are unable to offer refunds for such occurrences.
FURNITURE & PROPER CARE
For the comfort and safety of all guests, moving or rearranging furniture or heavy items (such as beds, large tables, or other heavy furnishings) is not allowed. If items are moved and cannot be returned to their original position by our cleaning team, guests may be charged for additional assistance from a handyman or staff to restore the property.
OUTDOOR & POOL AREA NOTICE
Please note that leaves, debris, or other natural materials may occasionally be present in the outdoor or pool area, especially after rain or windy weather. These situations are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued for this.
If needed, we can send someone to clean the area, or if it’s late at night and our pool service is unavailable, we will ensure it is cleaned first thing the next morning.
Pool cleaning is scheduled every Thursday and may occur during daytime hours.

Everything was good except for the bed. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

We initially booked a one week stay here but eneded up needing to stay in Phoenix an additional two weeks, so we extended our stay and were at this rental for a total of three weeks. The ONLY reason we extended our stay for the additional two weeks is because we did not want to have to move all of our stuff to a new location in the Phoenix heat. We had multiple issues with the property. First, they do NOT provide ANY cleaning products other than hand soap and dish soap. They also will not provide more than one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper per week. When we asked for cleaning products and refills of paper towels ans toilet paper, we were told that their expectation is that renters buy their own supplies, so be prepared to have to purchase these items. We had several other less than ideal circumstances during our stay including the electronic key pad not working, the shower clogging to the extent that they had to come drain it, and the A/C unit not working on a 108 degree day. Overall, this rental is pretty much lipstick on a pig...meaning, they have done a few things to make the place look decent but it is literally falling apart at the seams! Also, after multiple attempts, I have still not been able to obtain an accurate receipt for our stay from the management company. Would absolutely NEVER stay here again.
