It would have been better if beach towels/chairs, and an umbrella were available.

This trip #62 was the meeting place for our family meals. The kitchen had an open feel and we found all the necessary cookware and utensils. There was a covered atrium for kids to play without being underfoot. The patio had ample seating for our group to sit and spend time together. This condo is well loved and cheerful. A highlight, 62 is only steps from the walkway to the beach and the pool. We recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location. The kitchen has been updated, nice and open. The main issue we had was with the cleanliness of the unit. Sheets and towels were stained, hair in washer and very dirty, hair in sheets, coffee maker had leftover coffee grounds. Floors were ok. Furniture looking worn and could use some updating.
