The spacious, air-conditioned living room is equipped with an HD-TV, Dish Network, Apple TV, and opens to the terrace with views of the tropical surroundings and the bay of St-Jean. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel accents and a breakfast bar is located behind the lounge. The covered terrace includes an al fresco dining area for six, a heated pool (9m x 3m), sun loungers, and an outdoor lounge. Palm trees and local shrubs surround the home, creating a peaceful ambiance with a refreshing Caribbean breeze.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the heated outdoor pool, private parking, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. One of the bedrooms is located in an independent studio at the entrance of the property, offering added privacy.

Located in the desirable St-Jean area of St-Barths, the home is nestled in lush vegetation with scenic views of the Caribbean hills and the bay. Guests are just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and shops in St-Jean, while enjoying a private and serene retreat.

Getting Around:

A private parking area is available at the entrance of the property, making it convenient for guests with a rental car to explore the island and nearby St-Jean attractions.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is heated from November 15 to April 30, maintaining a water temperature between 27°C and 30°C depending on weather conditions. In the event of strong winds or cold temperatures, exact pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

The air conditioning must be used responsibly by keeping windows and doors closed while in use. Overconsumption or misuse may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Wi-Fi is provided for reasonable and lawful use. Temporary outages due to provider issues will not be compensated.
