Dive right in at Casa Solana in Calmar with one of largest open air pools in the Lucena area, ideal for day and fully flood lit night swimming under the stars! Conveniently located just 10 minutes driving from downtown Lucena, close to local beach resorts and within day trip distance of surrounding towns, including the capital, Manila.

Casa Solana is built on 3 floors with a full length 108 Sq. M pool and garage suitable for a large SUV. The is also safe parking in the road outside with shade from trees opposite.

This floor is not airconditioned but due sliding glass doors, which open to the balcony on two sides providing both views of the pool and countryside including the Mount Banahaw volcano. This area gets ventilation from outside and is therefore the coolest part of the house.
Both upper floors are equipped with lockable security grills and CCTV cameras overlooking the pool and road outside.

You have full access to the property excluding locked storeroom on ground and first floor. Access to the property is either via main lockable double gates or garage. Access to the house is either from the garage or sliding patio glass doors with lockable security grill.
