Everything from the start was great! Communication was always quick and responsive. The house was super clean and exactly as described and in the photos. The location was great ! Just down the street and around the corner to Moms and MoJoe’s! Which was perfect for us. Not far from Publix either. The street and location was super quiet. We had everything we needed supplied in the house. There were a few things missing from the list, but the host was quick to respond and made it right.Plenty of towels and blankets, and all smelled nice and fresh. The bed was SUPER comfortable and we are very particular. The couches were very comfortable as well! It was just two of us and we had plenty of space. The pool was so nice to have and the water temperature was perfect ! Very neat and clean as well! Some beach supplies were there to use, which we did not need, but is nice to know it’s there. Would highly recommend this place for 2-4 people or a small family. Great rental!

We enjoyed out stay at the Oasis Pearl and I would have left a 5 star review except the home has several repairs need to be made. The cabinets are peeling and chipping, the curtain rod in the guest bathroom is inadequate and falls down regularly, the stones around pool waterfall are loose, the outdoor umbrella is torn, broken, and does not work. Also, the ice maker does not work and there is no filtered water from the fridge.Also, for future guest, please note that there are no spices available. No salt and pepper at all. There was also no coffee filters. These things are minor however.

The pool and the ping pong table were a hit with my grandkids. Neighborhood was quiet and it was a short walk to the beach. Thanks for the use of the wagon! I would stay here again when in town visiting my daughter.

The location was great, and the house itself was clean upon arrival. However, there were several maintenance and safety issues during our stay that made the experience frustrating and inconvenient.The biggest concern was the lack of upkeep on multiple items around the property. The waterfall area had loose bricks that actually fell onto my daughter, which was very concerning. The outside pool lights did not work, we changed three light bulbs inside, they continued to burn out. The shower rod in the guest bathroom was not properly installed and repeatedly fell down — twice hitting me on the head. The patio furniture was VERY rusted when sitting on it the legs would crumble. We also had a dangerous issue with the toaster, which caught on fire because the inside appeared to be broken. Most concerning of all was the sliding door in the main bathroom. It would lock from the inside and could only be opened from the outside. This happened to both me and my child on two separate occasions, leaving us trapped in the bathroom, which was extremely upsetting and unsafe.We did reach out about these issues, and a maintenance person did come by to address them. However, it was disappointing that so many obvious problems had not been identified and fixed prior to our arrival. While we appreciated the clean house and good location, the amount of overlooked maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay.
