The Accommodation: Living Area:

The apartment is accessible directly from the driveway via the sunny terrace. Behind the door is a coat rack with a shoe rack.

The white leather couch is an Italian designer piece, yet still very comfortable. The large smart TV allows you to connect to all streaming services or watch satellite TV.

The fully equipped kitchenette features a complete set of dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 2-burner stove, a kettle, and a Philips Gourmet coffee maker.
Of course, the traditional Palatinate “Dubbe” glasses are a must-have here as well.

Bedroom:

The 160-cm-wide box-spring bed, complete with two comforters and four pillows, is situated in a cozy alcove. Adjacent to the sleeping area is the open wardrobe. One or two suitcases can be placed on the sideboard; clothing can be hung directly above it, placed on the shelf, or stowed away in the drawers. There are also the two obligatory clothes chairs.
All windows can be completely blacked out.

The bathroom is also adjacent to the bedroom. The shower has been recently renovated and features both a handheld showerhead and a rain shower. A hair dryer is located in the bathroom cabinet. Soap and shower gel are also provided.

Outdoor area:
The 15-square-meter terrace is furnished with two chairs, a table, and a parasol with LED lighting. The south-facing terrace catches every ray of sunshine. There, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, read a book, or savor a glass of wine in the evening from the fine Dubbe glasses, all while sheltered from the elements.
Guest Access: All guests have access to the terrace and apartment as shown and described.
Additional Important Information: The apartment is approximately 35 m² and features one bed and limited space. Due to the layout and amenities, it is better suited for individuals or couples. Families with small children may feel a bit cramped. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
