This is an updated older home in a well established neighborhood. The area was very quiet even though students were on the move every morning and afternoon. We felt very safe with windows open enjoying (close to the ) mountain air.Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy. The split units in each room allowed each guest to fit the temp to their liking. Bathroom has been updated. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly, even though she herself was travelling. We will be back next year to attend same function at the university. Beautiful area, very comfortable home.

Beautiful large backyard. Great location.

The property worked very well for us and two pets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and responded to all our questions promptly. The house is well-appointed, spotless, and perfectly set up for pets—our dogs absolutely loved the backyard. The location offered easy access and was conveniently close to campus and our son’s apartment. We loved the eclectic decor, high-end furnishings, and the well-equipped kitchen. With comfortable bedrooms and a great layout, we will definitely be staying here again!
