Great location to explore or work in Phoenix or Scottsdale. The property feels like a secure, private compound. Off street parking was a bonus. The pool was a treat everyday. We never used the hot tub but there are instructions for use in the casita. The configuration of the home with 3 br and the casita with a separate br was so convenient when we had family or friends visit us. The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels adequate for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked only missing a few items that long term renters might find useful like a mixer and dish towels. Honestly, our only issue was slow communication when we had a few questions and some items were not repaired during our stay of 50 days. The items needing repair were not critical to our stay and enjoyment of the home. If you need the space or like to entertain, this home is a great choice.

The house was very clean and spacious. The backyard and pool area is really the highlight of the property especially at night. The casita is super cute although we didn’t use it. Wasn’t walking distance to some things like we previously thought but Ubers were very easy to get. Would stay here again

We came and stayed for a week. The house was fine. Well stocked and clean. The outdoor area is where the house shines with the pool, hot tub and bar/tv area great for entertainment. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool didn’t heat and wasn’t fixed until half way through our week there. I had canceled a reservation elsewhere because the pool wasn’t heated and there was a cold spell when we arrived for first few days so we were very disappointed. The host was nice but offered us no concessions or real apology. Considering we were in the city, the house felt very private. They also allow pets and our friends had a dog who visited so that was nice. Overall it was great except the main reason we rented the house for weren’t in good working order but they are fixed now!
